This lifestyle program teaches you to bring balance and healing into your life. Students will learn a powerful regimen of Ayurvedic practices designed to balance the body and mind. What is Ayurveda?

This system of healing is over 5,000 years old founded in ancient India. The word Ayurveda breaks down into the Sanskrit words ayus translates to life and veda translates to wisdom. Therefore Ayurveda is the Wisdom of Life or the Science of Life. Ayurveda does not view human beings as just thinking physical machines, but as fields of intelligence in an active exchange with the energy in the environment. Health is viewed not only as an absence of disease but as a vibrant balance of the body, mind, and spirit – an integration of all the layers.
