January Wellness Pillar Challenge

Greetings!
I have created a Facebook group called Flourish Integrate and Thrive. This group was created for all of us to come together in community. The group is to assist you and me as we level up in our pursuit of health – body, mind, and spirit. Not just in nutrition, not just in exercise, not just in meditation or prayer, – but feel all three (body, mind, spirit) grow, become healthier, and integrate for joy and happiness in our everyday lives.
Feel free to respond, add your thoughts, offer love, support, and encouragement for one another.
January 1, 2023 will be here in 20 days. As we begin this New Year, this new adventure, let’s begin the year with a commitment to ourselves to show up every day with love for ourselves, for our heath, with gratitude for beginning another trip around the sun, for our evolution. Let’s make it a year to Flourish, to open anew to ourselves, to our health. Let’s make it a year to come to Integrate our body, mind, and spirit for our journey to wellness/wholeness. And let’s Thrive in our lives today and for all our tomorrows.
In that light, I am offering a Wellness Pillars challenge to begin January 1, 2023. What do you have to do? First get excited! This group and challenge is to assist you with some structure and guidance to lose that weight, to exercise more, to be more mindful of your nutrition and hydration, to add more mindfulness to your daily routines, to develop healthy daily routines.
What focus do you need or would like to pay more attention to? Every day observe how you are showing up in your life – body, mind, and spirit.
I will post a template in the files tab that you can utilize to document these observations. Please feel free to use or come up with your own template. I will also post a sample of what I do daily to provide ideas for you, along with a daily post beginning January 1, 2023.
I highly encourage you to post on this page, the good, the bad, the ugly, the amazing! Be able to bathe in encouragement from myself and others in the group.

3. Nutrition
4. Hydration
5. Movement
6. Nature
7. Gratitude
8. Humor
9. Recapitulation (insights that occurred during the day)
I will post a document in the same files tab that explains a bit more about each of these pillars.

Take some time to think about your goals for the month and then post here in the group. I will be posting my goals shortly. I list my goals to keep accountable to most of all myself, but also to all of you so you know I am “walking my talk”. Will I be perfect every day? NO, I won’t! But I will keep showing up for you and for me!
